Board Meetings
The Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month except December, there is no meeting in December. Mark your calendar and attend to keep up-to-date on current events in Heritage Village. The Board Meeting Schedule for Fiscal Year 2025 approved by Board is as follows:
Time: 6 PM (unless otherwise indicated) Location: Heritage Village Clubhouse and via zoom.
Notes
- An owner has the right to: Have a copy of the minutes or a summary of the minutes of the meeting distributed to him/her upon request or downloaded below.
- Speak to the Association or Board of Directors, unless the Board is meeting in Executive Session.
- Action by the Board may only taken on Agenda Items

Executive session
An Executive Session of the Board of Directors may be called immediately following any meeting to discuss personnel issues.
